Thank you for shopping with Calisya. We deliver apparel across India via trusted couriers.

Processing

• Orders process in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Pre‑order/made‑to‑order timelines are shown on product pages.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard: 3–7 business days to most serviceable PIN codes.
• Express: 1–3 business days to metros; 2–5 elsewhere.
• Remote areas may take 7–10 business days.

Estimates begin after dispatch. Festive seasons or weather may cause delays.

Shipping Fees

• Standard: ₹X per order
• Express: ₹Y per order
• Free Shipping: Orders ₹Z+

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available up to ₹COD limit for eligible PIN codes. We may verify high‑value COD orders.

Tracking

We email/SMS a tracking link on dispatch. Track via My Account → Orders on calisya.com.

Address & Changes

Ensure correct name, address, and PIN code. Email info@calisya.com for edits before dispatch.

Split Shipments

Items may ship separately to speed delivery. No extra charge.

Failed/Undeliverable Deliveries

Prepaid: refund minus shipping/RTO charges. COD: cancelled.

Damaged Parcels

Refuse delivery if tampered and notify info@calisya.com within 48 hours with photos.

International Shipping

We do not ship outside India. Duties/taxes are recipient’s responsibility.

Holidays

No dispatch on Indian national/state holidays. Orders after 3:00 PM IST process next business day.
