At Calisya, we create limited-edition, handcrafted pieces. To support our artisanal process, we offer store credit only.
Returns

Store Credit: Valid for 6 months from issue.
* Process: Email info@calisya.com within 7 days of delivery.
* Condition: Items must be unworn and in original condition.
* Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; we do not provide return labels.
* Final Sale: All items from the Sale section or purchased during seasonal promotions are final sale.
Shipping
* Dispatch: Orders ship from New Delhi within 1–5 business days.
* Liability: Calisya is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages once handed to the carrier.

International Orders

* Shipping: Rates via UPS/DHL are calculated at checkout.
* Returns: International returns are at the customer's cost and liability. A tracking number is required for store credit processing.
* Duties: Customers are responsible for all local taxes and customs duties.
