Step One

Discovery

Every creation begins with sourcing forgotten textiles — deadstock fabrics, vintage sarees, surplus materials, antique trims, and old jewellery from artisan markets and creative communities worldwide. Each material is chosen for character, for the story it already carries.

Step Two

Restoration

Every fabric undergoes careful restoration using a natural neem and coconut oil–based formulation that gently cleanses while remaining soft on delicate materials and skin. We honour what already exists before we begin to transform it.

Step Three

Intentional Design

Inside our collaborative studio between Austria and India, ideas evolve through experimentation, draping, handwork, and cultural influences. We work with independent designers and artisans who bring diverse perspectives and techniques to each collection.

Step Four

Conscious Creation

Rather than mass production, we create in small batches and limited editions. Many pieces are hand tie-dyed, hand embroidered, reconstructed, or individually altered. Vintage jewellery and embellishments are restored and reimagined into contemporary statement details.

Step Five

Embracing Authenticity

We do not erase imperfections — we transform them. Softened textures, uneven weaves, faded tones, and traces of age become part of the final beauty, reminding us that authenticity is more meaningful than uniformity.
